After my recent trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, my head was buzzing with ideas of what I wanted to create. It just so happens that a few months before, they finally introduced hot butterbeer to the Universal Hollywood. Even in hot southern California weather, the hot butterbeer was fantastic. It tasted just like the other versions of butterbeer but just hot and very creamy, perfect for a cold winter day.
I’ve tried a few versions of this recipe and this was pretty much exactly how it was at The Three Broomsticks. If you want it a bit creamier, feel free to substitute some of the milk for some more cream.

I’ve been to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, but that was a few years ago when they only had cold butterbeer and frozen butterbeer. I’d love to try the hot version! I am a huge fan of butterscotch, so I know I’d love it. Thanks for sharing the recipe 🙂 Can’t wait to try it.
