The squirrel gave some body to the stew, and they ate it with black bread and hard cheese that night around their fire. Tyrion shared around his skin of wine until even Yoren grew mellow.
GAME OF THRONES, SONG OF ICE AND FIRE
What a week it has been! I took a little break from posting after the Emmys but boy, it was such a great show! I’m incredibly happy for Rami Malik who won for Beat Lead Actor in a Drama Series and Tatiana Maslany who won for Best Lead Actress in a Drama. I’m such a huge fan of both their shows and they definitely deserve the award!
Game of Thrones took home Best Drama Series and to continue their never ending recipe series, I have a recipe for black bread! Black bread was mentioned quite a few times in the book and I immediately though of beer bread when I was thinking of recipes for it. It’s possibly the easiest kind of bread you can make so don’t hesitate to make this recipe!
Also, I finally published my first video on youtube! I filmed Bilbo’s buttered scones for this year’s Hobbit Day and sadly, it took may way longer to edit it than it really should but hopefully the process will speed up. You can find the video on the main menu bar under, “Videos”. Enjoy!
