- 8 oz - spinach cleaned
- 1 cup - red seedless grapes halved
- 1/2 - fennel bulb core removed, thinly sliced
- 1 cup - lightly toasted pecans roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup - feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- | DRESSING |
- 2 tbsp - olive oil
- 3 tbsp - red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp - honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your dressing by whisking the oil, vinegar, and honey together until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad. With your hands, toss the greens with the prepared dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
