On Wednesdays, Max eats Captain Salty’s Fishstix. This is honestly my first time making fish sticks. This was always an item I automatically think of purchasing at the store but it really came together so easily and it tasted just the same. This recipe is incredibly flexible. You can really use your choice of fish but I decided to use cod because I knew it would hold together better. Seasoning is completely up to you. Paprika, zest, chili powder, or herbs would all work great.
Mary and Max: Captain Salty's Fishstix
