We all can relax a bit with a glass of alcohol but in order to help with Raj Koothrappali’s selective mutism, Penny mixed up a Grasshopper cocktail for him and soon realized that a little alcohol gave Raj enough confidence to speak in front of females.  Unfortunately, Raj would become loud and quite the uncontrollable blabbermouth.  Hopefully, this cocktail won’t leave you obnoxious like Raj but just enough to take the edge off.

Ingredients

  

• 1 1/2 oz creme de menthe
• 1 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
• 1 oz heavy cream
• ice

Instructions

 

• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.  Shake until cold and strain into cocktail glass.

Optional: Garnish with chocolate shavings
